 Feel like part of the family when you enter the doors of Rozafa Bistro.  Owner/Chef Marlon Vila bought Alba Deli in 2011 and turned it into the full-scale, sit-down restaurant we know today. Named after the famed Rozafa Castle in Vila's hometown in Albania, Rozafa pulls inspiration from all across the Mediterranean.
