Form is a personal training studio located in Bay Village, Boston. We focus on joint friendly exercise and helping our clients lose weight, get stronger, move better, and feel better. we offer semi-private training as well as group training which emphasizes community. we use kettlebells, medicine balls, ski erg, dumbbells, sandbags, stick mobility, and FRC, kinstretch, to help our clients.
