Structural Integration is based on the work of Dr. Ida Rolf, assesses patterns of strain in the soft tissues of each client's body to plan a precise sequence of manual therapy. Release of restrictions and myofascial patterns that limit movement or cause pain, together with movement education, restores freedom of movement and vitality, and is fundamental to overall health.
